Andre Danêk

An accomplished composer, producer, classically trained pianist, and music director, Andre began his composing career as an intern at one of New York City's busy music houses while attending vocal studies at City College of New York. He has worked on numerous high-profile projects for international brands, including Mercedes, ESPN, Garnier, Elizabeth Arden, Pepsi, Verizon, and Heineken. Andre was a keyboard player for Broadway shows The Color Purple, Memphis, and Motown. He produced and wrote music for the hit TV show "Empire." In 2017 Andre was invited by George Faison to create an original musical about Whitney Houston, "The Last Interview." Andre resides in Warsaw, Poland, where he took the opportunity to write music and lyrics for a new youth musical, which is presently running in Warsaw's Capitol Theater.
